Information collected automatically

We store your cart selections in your browser's local storage so you can continue your session across pages. This data stays on your device until you clear it or submit the form. We do not access it until you submit.

If you sign in to the admin area of this site (authorized staff only), we set a secure, HttpOnly session cookie so you stay logged in. That cookie is not used for visitors who only browse the public site or submit quote requests.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may log technical data (e.g., IP address, request timestamps) for security and operational purposes. We use rate limiting to prevent abuse, which may involve storing IP-related data temporarily.

When a technical error occurs, our error monitoring service may receive details needed to diagnose the issue (such as the page URL, browser type, and error message). This helps us fix bugs; it is not used for marketing.

• Plausible Analytics — When enabled, we use Plausible to collect aggregate website usage (for example which pages are viewed). Plausible is built as a privacy-friendly alternative to mainstream ad-tech analytics; it does not use third-party advertising cookies. How they process data is described here: plausible.io/privacy. Analytics is not loaded on our staff admin pages when you open them directly (full page load).

We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking for ads on the public site.
